The Handover Pack

Some readers will never open the viewer: the contractor pricing from the truck, the appraiser, the new gate guard. The Handover Pack is one bound PDF for them: everything printable about your property, behind one cover.

What's inside

1. A cover naming the property and the one flight everything behind it is built from.
2. The Property Key — every named place, numbered on your own map, with its legend.
3. A Route Card for every published trail — the route on your own map, its stops numbered in order.
4. A Scan Certificate for that same flight.

The one rule the pack keeps

Every map behind the cover is from the same flight, and the certificate is for that flight. If the maps can't agree on one flight, say a re-fly landed mid-assembly, the pack refuses to print rather than mix flights.

If something drops out before printing, such as a route unpublished at the last minute, the cover's contents list says so.

A pack with nothing to bind (no named places, no published routes) isn't printed at all.

What it does not claim

This data is not a legal survey. Embry Solutions LLC does not perform land surveys. For boundary, subdivision, or title surveys, please consult a licensed Texas surveyor.

Routes in the pack carry the same limit they carry everywhere: A route on this page is a path recorded over this property from our own mapping — a line to walk or fly, and nothing more. It is not a road, an easement, or a right of way, and it is not a statement that the ground it crosses is maintained, legally accessible, or safe to travel on foot or by vehicle. Conditions on the ground govern: check them before relying on a route.

How to get one

Name your places and tell us the routes you want carded; we draw and publish routes for you. Then ask: the Handover Pack is included on request with any flight.
