Embry Solutions LLC (“Embry Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides aerial drone-mapping and geospatial visualization services from Dripping Springs, Texas. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, request a quote, or use our client platform, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
By using our website or services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Contact and quote requests: your name, company name, email address, phone number, the location or address of the property you want mapped, its approximate acreage, your message, and any map screenshot or area you draw on our address map.
- Client accounts: the access code(s) we issue you and the projects associated with your account.
- Payments: billing details processed through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers on our servers; card data is handled directly by Stripe.
- Communications: messages, support requests, annotations, comments, and issues you submit through the platform.
Project and geospatial data
- Aerial imagery, orthomosaics, 3D models, point clouds, elevation data, and other deliverables we produce for your project, including the precise geographic locationof the sites you ask us to map. Precise geolocation may be considered “sensitive data” under certain privacy laws (see Section 6).
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and interactions, collected to operate and secure the site.
- Cookies and local storage: used for essential functions such as keeping you signed in, remembering preferences, and site security. See Section 7.
- Error and performance logs: diagnostic information (which may include an IP address) collected to detect and fix problems.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes and proposals.
- Plan, perform, and deliver mapping projects.
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and client platform.
- Process payments, invoices, and subscriptions.
- Send service communications (project updates, notifications, and billing messages) and, where permitted, occasional updates about our services.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business, with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, including:
- Hosting & infrastructure — Vercel (website hosting) and Upstash/Vercel KV (database).
- File & asset storage — Google Cloud Storage (imagery, models, and other deliverables).
- Payments — Stripe.
- Customer & lead management — Notion.
- Notifications & email — Slack and our email (SMTP) provider.
- Mapping & geocoding — Mapbox (address lookups).
- Error monitoring — our error-tracking provider.
- AI assistant — when you use our in-product assistant, your queries are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses.
We may also disclose information to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition).
4. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your project history, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Project deliverables are retained so you can continue to access them through your account. You may request deletion as described in Section 6.
5. Data Security
We use access controls, signed time-limited links for asset access, rate limiting, and other safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and similar laws, Texas residents may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal data and access it.
- Correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
- Delete personal data you provided or that we obtained.
- Obtain a portable copy of your personal data.
- Opt out of any sale of personal data or targeted advertising (note: we do not sell personal data or use targeted advertising).
Sensitive data.Where we process precise geolocation associated with you as “sensitive data,” we do so to deliver the mapping services you request. California residents have similar rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising those rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email sales@embrysolutions.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may appeal a decision by replying to our response.
7. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function (for example, to keep you signed in and to protect against abuse) and to understand and improve how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party sites we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites; please review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
