Send a map to a colleague, a lender or a contractor.

Share from the viewer

Press Share in the toolbar (in the ⋯ menu on a phone). It asks who can open the link.

Anyone with the link makes a real, revocable share link when you're signed in to your dashboard. The person you send it to needs no sign-in.

• They get a simplified, view-only look at the view you're on. You can tick more views.
• You choose which scans it opens: just this scan (the default), all scans (flights added later included), or scans you pick.
• You choose how long it lasts: two weeks (the default), 90 days, a year, or until you turn it off. It also ends if your own access to the project ends.
• A QR code is always its own code, good for one week, whatever you pick for the link.
• It doesn't offer the project's Deliverables downloads or its original files. But its Export menu can still save copies of what the link shows: the imagery, 3D mesh, point cloud, points and trails.
• Tick only the views whose imagery, mesh or point cloud you're happy for them to keep; the points and trails travel with every view.
• It shows up under Saved Views → Shared links, and on your dashboard's Shared links page, with its open count and copy and revoke buttons.

People with access copies the project's own link. It opens only for people who already have access: your team, or anyone with its access code.

Either way, you can copy the link or show a QR code. Under the code, the dialog says who can open it, and until when.

Other ways to share

• Copy view link copies a link to the exact view you're looking at, for the audience you last chose in Share. On a phone it's in the ⋯ menu.
• Share presentation, when a project has Ground View 360, copies a link to the branded Property Highlights walkthrough.
• Saved Views keeps named views, each with copy-link and QR buttons. Signed in, they make a revocable share link: view-only, for two weeks, the same link each time.
• On your dashboard, Reports → Share Link makes the same kind of link for a whole project: every scan, view-only, for two weeks.

Only three kinds of link open for someone with no access: Anyone with the link, a saved view's link, and the Reports Share Link. Each must be made while you're signed in.

A bare project link lands them on the access-code screen.

Turning a link off

A link you made yourself you can revoke yourself, from Shared links. For one we made, ask and we'll turn it off or swap it for a fresh one.

New opens stop within about 30 seconds. A page someone already has open keeps working until they refresh it, and anything they already downloaded stays with them.

Links we create

A link that allows downloads, or one that opens the full viewer with the measuring tools — those we create. They can last from 7 days to a year, or have no end date.

Tell us the project, who it's for, whether to allow downloads, and how long it should last. We name each link for its audience, like “Lender packet”.

Access code or share link

Your access code opens your whole set of projects. Forward it, and everyone shares one key you can't turn off for one person.

Tip: For lenders, public boards or long contractor lists, send a share link instead. You can turn it off later.
