Your projects live in a private client portal. There's no username or password to remember — you get in with a single access code we email you.

Sign in

1. Go to the portal at `/dashboard` on the Embry Solutions site (the link is in your welcome email).
2. You'll see the Client Mapping Portal sign-in screen with one field: Your Access Code.
3. Paste the access code from your welcome email into the box. The email subject is “Your Project Portal is Ready.”
4. Click View My Projects.

That's it — you'll land on your dashboard with every project we've delivered to you.

Staying signed in

• Once you're in, your session stays active for about 30 days on that device, so you won't have to paste the code every visit.
• Signing in on a new device or browser just means pasting the code again.

Opening a single project link

Sometimes we'll send you a direct project link instead of the whole dashboard. If that project is private, it will ask for an access code the first time — paste the same code and it remembers you on that device, so refreshing or coming back later won't ask again.

Tip: Your access code is the key to your data — treat it like a password. If you need someone else to have their own way in, ask us and we'll set them up, rather than forwarding your code around.

Can't get in?

• Can't find your code? Search your inbox for the email from Embry Solutions with the subject “Your Project Portal is Ready.”
• Code not working? Double-check you copied the whole thing with no extra spaces. Codes can also expire or be turned off if a project wraps up.
